1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your login session or your chosen language.
2. Cookies we use
This portal uses first-party cookies only. We do not use third-party, advertising, social-media, or cross-site tracking cookies. The cookies we use fall into these groups:
Strictly necessary (authentication)

These cookies are generated and managed by Supabase, the portal's authentication provider, on servers located in the European Union. When the community is served from a shared subdomain, the session cookie may be shared across that domain's subdomains to enable single sign-on; on a dedicated domain, the session is exclusive to that domain.

These two cookies are first-party and feed exclusively the community's internal activity log (security, auditing and service improvement). They are not shared with third parties and are not used for advertising or commercial profiling. You can see what data that log contains in the Privacy Policy.
3. Storage in your browser (localStorage)
In addition to cookies, the portal saves some preferences in your browser's local storage, which are not sent to any server and only serve to remember how you prefer to view the portal:
- Your chosen theme (light, dark or other colour themes).
- Interface preferences (for example, collapsed/expanded panels).
You can clear this storage from your browser options at any time.
4. Legal basis
Strictly necessary and functional cookies do not require your consent under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and applicable regulations, as they are essential to, or directly requested for, the service you use when signing in and navigating the portal.
The first-party analytics cookies are first-party, do not perform cross-site tracking or commercial profiling, and are limited to internal measurement and auditing of a private, access-restricted portal. Because we do not use advertising or third-party cookies, this portal does not display an advertising consent banner. You can delete the analytics and preference cookies at any time without affecting your access to the portal.
5. How to manage or delete cookies
You can delete cookies stored in your browser at any time. Deleting session cookies will sign you out, and you will need to sign in again on your next visit.

6. No advertising or third-party tracking
This portal does not use:
- Third-party analytics cookies or scripts (Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.)
- Advertising tracking pixels
- Social-media scripts
- Heatmapping or session-recording tools
No browsing data is transmitted to third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
7. Changes to this notice
Any material changes to this notice will be communicated by updating the revision date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
