Solcondo is an AI-powered platform for premium homeowner communities. Each community gets its own portal, on its own domain and brand, where managers, presidents, maintainers and owners handle finances, issues, bookings, voting and documents in one place.

Yes. Managers run their whole portfolio from a consolidated console, with bulk CSV onboarding, an aggregate task board and a white-label portal per community. On top of that, the AI streamlines their daily operations: it channels issues with owners, consolidates the information needed to negotiate with suppliers, and handles ticketing with the maintenance company. It works the same for a manager with two communities as for a firm with hundreds, without touching their ERP or accounting.

Two things. For owners, it answers 24/7 in their own language using the community's real documents: statutes, minutes, rules and announcements. For the property manager, it streamlines internal processes: it channels issues directly with owners, consolidates the information needed to talk to and negotiate with suppliers, and handles communications and ticketing with the maintenance company. On top of that, AI Digest drafts the community's newsletter on its own so all you have to do is review it and send.

Yes. You create the vote with its agenda and the platform generates the meeting notice; during the meeting you can project presentation mode point by point; and when the vote closes, the minutes with the results are generated, ready to print and sign. Votes are per home, with ownership shares, voting proxies, and debtor homes excluded from the quorum.

Yes. Each community is served on its own domain or subdomain, with its logo, its colours and its cover photo. Owners feel the portal is theirs, not a generic app.

The portal is multi-language: each community picks its own, and every owner browses and gets AI assistant answers in their language. Ideal for communities with international owners.

Access is private and passwordless: each user signs in with a secure link sent to their email, and only if the community has authorised them. Permissions are controlled per role (owner, maintainer, manager, president...) and the AI assistant respects those same permissions, so it never answers with information that user couldn't see by browsing. Data processing complies with GDPR.

The Owners plan covers the day to day for communities of up to 16 homes: a portal under your own brand (and your own domain, if you have one), announcements, documents, issues, bookings, guests and notifications, plus Task Management for internal management tasks and portal usage analytics, with a monthly allowance on the AI assistant. The Community plan removes the homes limit and adds governance — surveys and voting with shares, proxies and debtors, automatic notices and minutes, finances and works — together with AI with no question limit (translations, drafting supplier emails) and the AI Digest, a recurring summary of everything happening in the portal. The Management plan is for firms with several communities: consolidated console, aggregate tasks, CSV onboarding, integrations and process mining. Minutes. Onboarding is guided, owners and homes can be loaded from a CSV, and the portal goes live with the community's domain, languages and imagery configured from day one.

There isn't one: throughout 2026 we are selecting the 50 Founding Communities of solcondo and their fee is on us — we don't ask for a credit card and nobody is charged until 2027. We invest in a few communities in exchange for what money can't buy: their judgement and their standards shape the product, and the Founding Community distinction is theirs for good.
