Frequently asked questions
Do we need a property manager to use it?
No. A self-managed community’s board can run it, or you can use it together with your property manager. Each person has a role and sees what concerns them.
What about residents who are not comfortable with technology?
They sign in with Google or with a code they receive by email, no passwords, and see the portal in their own language. Notices can also reach them as phone notifications.
Who can see the community’s information?
Only approved residents. The community approves every sign-up, and each role sees its own: a tenant does not see the same as an owner or the board.
How long does it take to get started?
